Available with every plan. VAT excluded. Contracts with on-site equipment or staff have a ₩2,000,000 minimum. Manager setup support and on-site staffing are separate.
Fees use cumulative registrations per event, not actual check-ins. Excel imports and participants across sessions are added together. Cancelling after accepting an invitation does not remove the registration. Free covers 300 registrations across the whole event.
Audience booking, ticket viewing and QR use, including invitations, are in the TixPass app. Web pre-registration and Excel list imports are supported.
Review the plan, register a card and prepay the tier difference before the event to activate the new limit and features. From 500 to 700: ₩1,100,000 − ₩750,000 paid = ₩350,000 extra. Above 5,000, round up in blocks of 500: 5,001–5,500 costs ₩3,650,000; 10,000 costs ₩5,000,000. Above 10,000 requires a quote.
Existing tickets, check-in for already permitted registrants, and plan review/payment remain available. New registrations and imports, invitation/email sending and attendance certificates are restricted. The check-in app blocks out-of-limit registrants, regardless of arrival order. Paying the difference enables features under the new limit.
Free includes 300 initial sends. Register a card and buy extra emails to resume; the extra rate is to be confirmed. Paid plans include 3 sends per registrant. Resends count; failed sends do not. Email purchases never increase registration capacity. If registrations exceed the limit, pay for the higher tier before sending more emails.
Free shows and exhibitions start with TixPass app booking — the audience accounts and their data stay with you.

A 3% sales commission, VAT excluded, charged only when a ticket sells. No solution fee and no setup cost. Card payment fees (PG) are billed separately by the PG company.
Yes. Orders from external channels land in the same payment ledger as your own sales, so QR entry, settlement and the attendee list span every channel. You register the event once, in the partner console.
Buyers from every channel gather in one customer view in your console. You can send email or SMS to the people who consented, and pick the segment that actually attended rather than everyone who bought. KakaoTalk carries transactional notices such as tickets and refunds, not marketing campaigns.
POS issuing at the desk, plus unmanned issuing and check-in kiosks. Entry runs on a dynamic QR that changes every 60 seconds, so a screenshot or a forwarded image stops working once it ages, and each ticket is admitted only once. Several gates can run at once.
Yes — any organizer who wants it can have it, switched on per event. For those events TixPass sends booking and cancellation data to KOPIS daily in the KOPIS format, which covers the sales reporting that publicly funded performances require. Official performance, venue and hall codes are verified when the event is set up.
The event setup screens run in 6 steps and save as you type, so you register the event and open sales yourself. The consultation takes 15 minutes — tell us the event type and the dates.
Free up to 300 cumulative registrations; on that plan the audience uses the TixPass app for tickets and QR. Above 300 it is a per-event fee by registration tier, from KRW 500,000, VAT excluded — the full table is on this page. Events that sell paid tickets use the 3% sales commission instead. This schedule was agreed on 2026-09-29; confirm the effective date in a consultation.
